There are not many buttons and functions that make it easy to use. It has little section where we see the analytics of bounce/undelivered vs delivered. **What do you dislike about Atomic Mail Verifier?** It uses port 25 to scan, which is a hassle. It burns the IP address, which is one of this software's most harmful features. Often the results are not accurate. We get more uncertain data means it is neither valid nor invalid. **What problems is Atomic Mail Verifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** It appears that it is solving the problem, but it is not. We have only purchased this software for the price we were offered. I use it to match the results given out by other mail verifier software. IF YOU WILL USE THE VERIFIER WITH DIRECT CONNECT YOU WILL BURN YOUR IP 2. the list manager doesn't work and they want me to change my computer reg in order to make it work... (who touch the reg of the computer for a software) 3. when I ask refund or part refund they say all is fine and no refund. my advice, don't buy! **What problems is Atomic Mail Verifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** this is not working and can burn your IP because it need post 80 the nobody sells, they lie in the chat and not ready to refund. All the other companies charge your per email checked, and this is a one time fee. The software works FAST, I'm able to triple-verify 10,000 emails in less than 2 hours. The sending process couldn't keep up. It works really well and does check many different parameters, removing spam traps and throwing away old emails from your lists. **What do you dislike about Atomic Mail Verifier?** For the past year there is a new problem which is that it doesn't work anymore if your port 25 is closed, which is the case for most networks (my office, my university, my library, my home). The only way around this is the put it on a dodgy virtual private server, but we use google apps in our organization which ALSO has port 25 closed. This means we're unable to use this amazing software. **Recommendations to others considering Atomic Mail Verifier:** If you have a network with port 25 open, you're in luck and Atomic Mail Verifier is the best investment you will ever make. **What problems is Atomic Mail Verifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Updating our sales list : removing old emails which are not valid anymore. It is quick and efficient. If you are an email marketer, you know that the more problematic/bad email addresses you have in your list, the worst your sender IP reputation becomes -too many any you find yourself increasingly blocked by recipient ISPs, and/or your mass email service/IP blacklisted (or canceling your service). Online email verification services charge per email tested. This company charges $69 for the software and that's it for lifetime. **What do you dislike about Atomic Mail Verifier?** The only drawback is that it is Windows only, not MAc.Aside of that, there is nothing I have found that I don't like yet. That they charge me once for a lifetime license is just great. **What problems is Atomic Mail Verifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping my mass email lists clean so that our email server/service IP remains without tarnish. At the moment I have nothing bad to say about them at all. ### 10. While we are still in the process of verifying our data, the company was kind enough to offer a free scan of some of our email addresses -- which proved to be valuable when convincing leadership to consider this as a way to clean up the database. **What problems is Atomic Mail Verifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company previously purchased names and lists as apart of early marketing and sales efforts but many of the campaigns we were sending out were not successful -- and it wasn't because the content wasn't relevant it's because people had left the company, gotten married, or there were other reasons the formats changed. We were wasting time and money by marketing to people who were not receiving our messages. Thankfully we've saved time, focused our message better, and are actually reaching folks who want to hear our design messages. ### 11. The biggest issue is verifying yahoo domains as the domain gets blocked after about the 3rd or 4th yahoo email. The same thing happens to other domains after a longer period of time, but that problem could be fixed with domain specific rate limiting or pre-processing before using the software. **Recommendations to others considering Atomic Mail Verifier:** Use it. It's a low cost product that will help clean your lists. Just make sure you pay attention to which domains are getting blocked as the software moves through your lists. In those instances you may have to isolate certain domains and rerun them through the software. Overall I'm satisfied with the product. **What problems is Atomic Mail Verifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cleaning emails submitted to our product sites. Cleaning old emails that we've had on file for over a year. Cleaning emails we've had to transcribe from a non digital source (sign up form at a trade show, etc.). ### 12.
