I was involved in a MVP use case of Array for identifying credit score to develop the Loan scenarios and segmentation. The data integration and usage seems pretty easy and beneficial. **What do you dislike about Array?** The only thing we are yet to uncover is the reliability of data and when it comes to financial regulations, there are tons of compliance involved hence not sure on how Array is tacking them as of now. **What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the important problems for any financial institution while giving out loans is to identify the financial profile of customer and with Array this is possible in easy steps and with easy online integration. ### 2. It would help me a lot and give me time to know the platform better. **What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can see the dashboard and have more control over my scores (I didn't see many options to do that). In addition, I have the opportunity for search for credit since the companies will trust me more. ### 3. Interactive interface that provides everything you are looking for to keep up with your credit. **What do you dislike about Array?** Such as any applications you do run into potential glitches and app not loading properly. However this has been very minimal and usually my own wifi being the issue. **What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a person who travels and has a lot of credit cards for business needs, it makes it very easy to make sure my utilization rate/usage isn't passed my credit card limit. ### 5. You have the option to select direct-to-consumer which can be helpful in scaling a business or product. **What do you dislike about Array?** It would be helpful to get a sense of pricing without having to do a consultation. For planning purposes, at least indicating a range online would be helpful for first time users. **What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?** Array is helpful and benefits customers in providing various products to be able to manage credit and view revenue increases.
