I can capture data and display it compellingly. The dashboards allow filters; even bar charts serve as a filter. I want to import data more efficiently. It would be great if the Arcgis team could implement and a more intuitive way to display KPIs. However, I think the tool is excellent. **Recommendations to others considering ArcGIS Dashboards:** It uses ArcGIS Survery123 for territorial data collection and minimizes the possibility of errors. Make good data storytelling by creating apps in Arcgis Online. Used to monitor and track the development or progress of site location data or event tracking. We are planning to use this application to monitor as an event tracker application dashboard and integration in the web application to addon capabilities in application sites. Realtime monitoring od data and feature update to track the progress of sites works. Add this in ArcGIS online hub page or ArcGIS sites in enterprise ArcGIS portal to get all page portals for the project. I liked how the charts can link to maps and other elements to help it become virtual. The documents were also embedded which was easy to search content. It was great to help display from other external web pages. Lastly, sharing content was so simple! It is a great app! Happy to have this app and use is to be confident in my findings. **What do you dislike about ArcGIS Dashboards?** Someone has to know how to use ArcGIS before using this program since it involves using links that you need in order to use the dashboard. However, the icons were hard to get used too since there was so many! You have to be patient when using this since it is real-time and understand it can be large files from time to time. This program solves real-time questions especially when providing visual data to others. Ove r the last few updates it has really extended the capabilities. It has been the primary tool that I have found that engages my customers, and has opened the door to the importance and various uses of GIS data and products. **What do you dislike about ArcGIS Dashboards?** The main dislike that I have is how it scales on different screen sizes. I have both Law and Fire/EMS command that would like to use it on their Mobile Devices and desktops. it isn't really feasible to maintain two different dashboards; one for Mobile Devices and one for desktop. **What problems is ArcGIS Dashboards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Descibing Fire/EMS Planning Zone information: Demographics, call types, performance measures, etc. Sharing Hydrant Inspection Status with Command and the Water authority.
