The platform is intuitive, and the freelancers are top-notch, thoroughly vetted, and reliable. Plus, the support team is always there to help if I run into any issues, which gives me peace of mind. **What do you dislike about Aquent?** If I had to pick something to dislike, it would be the cost. Aquent Talent is a bit pricier compared to some other platforms. While I do feel like I’m getting my money’s worth in terms of quality, it would be great to see more flexible pricing options, especially for smaller projects or budgets. Also, having a broader range of experts in some niche areas would make it even better. **What problems is Aquent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aquent Talent solves the headache of sifting through countless applications to find the right freelancer. It's been a huge benefit for me because it connects me directly with skilled professionals who are a great fit for my projects. This has saved me so much time and energy, letting me focus more on the actual work rather than the hiring process. ### 2. Instead of having to search on our own to find proper candidates, Aquent Talent does the hard work and provides us the information we need to make the decisions on hiring from there. **What do you dislike about Aquent?** I can honestly say there isn't anything I dislike about it since we have been customers. Everything is napoed out in a way that there is no confusion in how everything works. **Recommendations to others considering Aquent:** I would highly use Aquent Talent, if you are a small business owner like me. As a small business owner, I do not have the resources or capacity to have in house full time employees for certain things, so Aquient Talent is a huge help as a means to talent services. **What problems is Aquent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aquent Talent has helped my business with finding the employees we are looking for. It makes things easier for us because their system has been accurate with the candidates provided to us. ### 3. It's been a great, independent side gig to earn me some spending money. Their reps are super friendly and helpful, and their HR and payroll systems are easy to use. **What do you like best about Aquent?** Whenever I reach out to the folks at Vitamin T with a question on timecards or benefits, etc., they're always quick to get back to me and have a friendly affect toward me despite the fact that I've been entirely remote and have never met anyone there in person. They continue to find me new side gigs when they think it's a fit. **What do you dislike about Aquent?** There's not much I don't like. If I were to be picky, I was recently contacted about a new gig, and I haven't heard anything back about it since the rep submitted my name, so perhaps a little more follow up would be nice? But such is common in the industry anyway - client firm goes a different direction, and I don't hear anything more about it. Still, even a follow up communication indicating that would be nice. **Recommendations to others considering Aquent:** Like any firm that places remote, part-time or full-time talent - it's all about staying in constant communication with them to the point where they can't forget you, when they have an opportunity. Keep your profile and resume/CV and portfolio up to date. **What problems is Aquent solving and how is that benefiting you?** I help Vitamin T when their clients reach out to them with email marketing campaign template needs, and then they reach out to me to see if I'd be interested. From there I work with the client firm directly. The benefits, besides the obvious (getting paid) is the client is happy and I continue to get more work in the future, so everyone wins. ### 4. Several unexpected tools may come in handy in the future! **What problems is Aquent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vitamin T is helping with my search for employment in Los Angeles. It's not uncommon for companies to cross-post job adverts across multiple sites, and Vitamin T contains job posts I've never seen before! ### 5. After getting in contact with them on a Tuesday, they had arranged four interviews for me within 24 hours. All the companies I interviewed with aligned with what I wanted in a company. Amaraj was available throughout the process, including switching my visa (which was a highly complex process). Whether it was early morning or late night, Amaraj was there to put me at ease and lead me on the path to success. If your're looking for a role in PR, you will 100% find your ideal role with the help of Aquent. **What do you like best about Aquent?** How friendly Amaraj was - everytime I spoke to her, it was like speaking to a close friend. **What do you dislike about Aquent?** The team is lovely! It's now how we manage projects and program tied to campaigns, data, social media, web, technology and others. **What do you like best about Aquent?** It's versatile and able to adapt to our needs. **What do you dislike about Aquent?** Doesn't integrate out of the box with any of our other platforms (Adobe InDesign) or have a robust editorial calendar feature for building out social media posts and tracking measurement, etc. **What problems is Aquent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking projects, tasks, reviews and overall work loads across multiple marketing teams. ### 10.
