Integration with our public Certificate Authority is a bit rocky. Plus setup is a bit intense to be able to reach your end goal of automation and complete overall management of your entire certificate environment. Some features aren't working such as AWS cert management. Documentation is lacking, it would be helpful if the documentation could explain where features are and how to use them, rather than just 'please fill in relevant boxes'. Once the system is configured, the management of the certificate is made so much easier. From the Discovery tools to the deployment to various Operating Systems for their preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Minor cosmetics, positioning of certain key functions. As an example, the "Delete Certificate" when one right click on the certificate, sometimes is selected. This could be moved lower on the list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is versatile, has many integrations with many well known products, and is a true end to end lifecycle manager of certificates. The interface is pleasing to use. There is also ability to create custom integrations using scripts which is great. Support tools for downloading images and creating cases was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instability with initial version, which had to be corrected with many iterations of patches. Onboarding process was a bit unclear, could be more structured. Initial support was less than desired, but eventually caught up. Could do with up to date and stronger documentation system. Design requirements changed halfway which left some uncertainty. The best thing about this tool is its rich user interface. It allows users to perform the end-to-end certificate lifecycle management from a centralized portal in a seamless way. The tool is very customizable and adapts to the needs of the organization very quickly. Moreover, the support team and customer success teams are great to work with. The platform offers the flexibility to adapt to different organization procedures letting the certificate management to be applied according to the needs. Cert+ has the ability to work over the workflows letting you make all the modifications needed.
