## About AppSonar
AppSonar is a application security testing software created by CyberTest. It's main feature is static source code analyzer but also can analyze windows executable files for security and quality bugs.

**What do you like best about AppSonar?**

Finding bugs, code smells, and analysis of static code for security items like when I leave plain strings and keys in code, which should either be in the env or loaded as constants; this really helps

**What do you dislike about AppSonar?**

It requires Java, and I am not a fan of Java, but it's quite okay, it does the job.

**What problems is AppSonar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped me review an extensive code base, and found and fixed the majority of security concerns in the code, mostly about developers who didn't like to use constants for simple strings and other properties. it was great.
