APM Help provides outsourced bookkeeping, trust accounting, and back-office operations for residential property management companies across the United States. The company works directly inside the property manager's existing software — AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine, or Propertyware — and uses QuickBooks Online for corporate books. APM Help holds official partnerships with both AppFolio and Buildium. Services include full-service trust bookkeeping, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily bank reconciliations handled together; daily bank reconciliation and reconciliation catch-up for overdue accounts; accounts payable processing with duplicate checks on every payable, where the client retains payment approval; three-way reconciliation across trust bank, book, and ledger balances; corporate bookkeeping and payroll through QuickBooks Online and Gusto; annual 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC preparation and filing; and consulting engagements for financial diagnostic cleanups, trust compliance audits, and cash suspense resolution. Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager. The company employs more than 200 full-time staff, including licensed property managers and accountants, and serves thousands of property management clients. APM Help has maintained a 100% pass rate on client trust account audits since 2017. Prospective clients begin with a free database review, in which APM Help connects to their existing accounting system, identifies outstanding issues, and provides a written action plan before any engagement begins.
