Apify Custom Web Scraping & RPA Solutions Reviews & Provider Details

The pricing is very wallet friendly. A single developer, or enterprise can use it based on data volume needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. I like everything about the platform, which is very impressive to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of getting parsing projects live and going. The marketplace is full of already built parsers and developers who are quick to bid & build custom parsers. Integration with Zapier was super easy and allowed for full automation of parsing data and delivering the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am struggling to answer what I did not like about this system. I found it to be very easy and the developers pricing for customization was very reasonable. This solved several problems I had been dealing with by using other systems that did not have an easy UI/UX for getting parsing projects built out, so I really do not have something I disliked about it. Apify as a platform has a great potential to help you with the queries I needed it for. The setup of the platform is lovely and works really easily. Great platform to suggest to others as it is easy to use and offers a great way to set up and run your actors. I believe that on the topic of marketing the platform a lot can be won, since there is a great potential that a lot more people in the world should know about. I used only one feature, but there is a lot more in the platform that I didn't touched on yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the topic of customer support, you can't let a client wait for 24 hours before you give him or her a reply. Also when you have found a free actor in the platform, and you see who made it, you should be able to connect with the creator of the actor more easily. To get what I wanted to do, I had to set up a tender, which was never connected to the two developers I found initially in the free actor section. I had to go through LinkedIn to connect to one of them to have her make the actor I wanted at a price, which was lower than the only offer I got on my tender. And that was because she had already made the actor in a free form in the platform and only needed to scale it down for me and adjust it to my wishes. You need more flexibility and improve the ability to communicate in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've transitioned from scraping e-commerce websites using Scrapy to an Apify SDK based approach. It's been a lot more performant, cheaper to run & has way better anti-scraping capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We mostly use the open-source SDK but also had pleasant experiences with the web-based interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
