One of the best api testing tools, which combines swagger api documentation and api testing, along with a ton of automation features, including api versioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The web app shows the response time a bit off, and inaccurate however the desktop app is accurate in showing the response time but the desktop app itself is a bit slugish and slow in times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We're glad to hear that you find Apidog to be one of the best API testing tools with powerful automation features and Swagger documentation. We appreciate your feedback about the response time accuracy and the performance of the web and desktop apps. We are continuously working to improve our platform, and your input is valuable in helping us enhance the user experience.

Apidog replaces the need for separate tools across your workflow—combining API design (Swagger/OpenAPI), testing/debugging (Postman), mock servers (Stoplight/Prism), and automated/load testing (JMeter) into a single platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing much everthing is good by far i have seen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Apidog is easy to use, and once I got my hands on it, I couldn't leave it hanging—it's become a lifetime tool for me. As a QA in an IT company, I have used it to its full extent for day-to-day operations. It helps me validate the response, ensuring it matches the required schema with the correct datatype. Running automated tests quickly identifies issues in the API. Once the flow is set up, progressing forward becomes easier. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to export my project API in some zip or something. I haven't found it in my free plan. Maybe it's a priced feature. But I would like it to have as I need to submit my work to others. The interface feels a bit laggy while typing in the scripts or typing in the request payload. Maybe that could be made way more efficient. When I type in fast, the letters and the cursor move here and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to update requests realtime when working with team.
& higher free tier team limits compared to postman. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using this with team. Not found any issues yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps our company save a lot of time, and it’s been a big help overall. The pricing is also nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing to dislike, it's fresh new product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s free, lightweight, and lets me add multiple team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is slightly rough in places. I think the Postman UI feels a bit more professional and polished, but that’s really just nitpicking at this early stage of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate using Apidog because it assists me in designing, documenting, and testing APIs in a more organized and efficient manner. I am impressed by its ability to structure endpoints, manage environments, and execute requests in a visually appealing and speedier manner compared to other HTTP clients. The superior user interface of Apidog contributes significantly to my positive experience and is far more responsive with faster response times and better features and environments than other tools I have used. Additionally, the API Hub feature in Apidog stands out to me as one of the aspects I particularly enjoy. The initial setup process was incredibly easy, which added to the overall seamless experience. My positive experiences with Apidog lead me to a high likelihood of recommending it to others, reflected in my willingness to give it a rating of 9 out of 10. I think the environments in Apidog could be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Apidog for designing and testing APIs. I love how it makes testing APIs straightforward without the necessity of writing a CURL request each time. The environment configuration feature practically automates the testing process, which is incredibly efficient. As someone with ADHD, the Visualized API Designing feature is personally very beneficial, helping me stay organized and focused. The ease of use of Apidog really stands out to me, as it helps keep my workspace organized and efficient. Additionally, even though I'm primarily a terminal user, I find the user interface to be a bonus, enhancing my overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The environment configuration could be easier to maintain and less distracting. Additionally, I would really like to have Apidog as a VSCode extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clean and intuitive UI
From day one, Apidog felt easy to navigate. Everything — collections, requests, documentation, and mock servers — is well organized and logically connected.
Covers the full API lifecycle
Unlike tools that only handle a single step, Apidog brings together design, testing, documentation, and mocking in one platform. That saves both time and the hassle of switching between tools.
Real-time team collaboration
Developers, QA, and frontend teams can all work together simultaneously. Everyone sees changes instantly, can leave comments, and version control is smooth — no more duplicated work or miscommunication.
Auto-generated and interactive documentation
API docs are created automatically and allow you to test endpoints directly from the documentation. This keeps docs always up-to-date and improves communication across the team.
Reduces errors and speeds up development
Mock servers, automated testing, and design-first workflows help catch mistakes earlier and cut down debugging time. That translates into faster, more reliable releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing for small teams
While the free plan is generous, unlocking advanced features can be pricey for very small teams or solo developers.
External integrations
Apidog is improving, but some integrations with third-party tools could be expanded to cover more use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
