The time saved using this product vs manually configuring is invaluable. The developers willingness to help people and perform ad-hoc fixes is even more so.

Documentation could perhaps be more user friendly/consistent.

Meeting compliance standards and securing our product with minimal effort.

Open source, readily open to viewing code and making on-the-fly fixes to it.

Nothing strikes me as being a problem to note as a "dislike".
