AnimalAdmin Reviews & Product Details

AnimalAdmin is cloud-based software for pet care businesses, with tools for managing boarding reservations, clients and daily operations. Staff can review availability in a stay calendar and room timeline, assign pets to rooms or kennels, and manage arrivals and departures. Client and pet profiles keep contact details, care notes and vaccination records linked to reservation history. Businesses can accept booking requests through their website, confirm each stay, and give pet owners access to reservation details and payments in a client portal. Configurable pricing covers stay rates, extra services, room charges and upfront payments. Online payments, payment reminders, booking notifications and review requests help reduce manual follow-up. AnimalAdmin also includes email and SMS communication, team access and reporting, and works in a browser on a computer, phone or tablet.
