Anchor Group offers NetSuite managed services packages that are used for any NetSuite, Celigo, BigCommerce, Shopify, SuiteCommerce project. Get a single managed service plan that covers all of the key software solutions you use on a regular basis. This helps reduce the total cost of managed services from multiple vendors. This gives full access to Anchor Group's entire bench of NetSuite, Shopify, BigCommerce, SuiteCommerce, and Celigo staff under a single plan. This means you can implement additional modules (e.g. NetSuite WMS), optimize existing modules, build custom automations and scripting, configure and update integration flows, optimize your ecommerce platform and further customize it.

Anchor Group managed service plans are scoped to your business. Before quoting the right-sized managed service plan, our team assesses the level of effort your environment requires, incorporating your vision for optimizations, projects, and ongoing support you're planning — so your plan is right-sized rather than over- or under-bought.

How pricing is determined
Your monthly cost is based on the volume of work scoped into your plan. Larger plans earn larger discounts, so consolidating your optimization and project work into a single managed service plan typically lowers your effective hourly rate.

Flexible contract terms
We do not require annual commitments. Plans are available across a range of term lengths, and you can scale up or down as your needs change. Our most common arrangement is a 3-month term, billed as time is consumed — you pay for the time actually consumed rather than prepaying for a fixed block you may not use.
