AMIGO Platform Reviews & Product Details

AMIGO is an enterprise transformation management platform built natively on Salesforce. It brings together governance, people, process, technology, data, and value into a single source of truth, replacing the disconnected spreadsheets, project trackers, and change logs that typically derail large-scale initiatives like ERP implementations. The platform guides programs through five stages — business case, roadmap, design & implement, test, and cutover & harvest — with 260+ AI use cases built in for real-time risk detection, automated governance, test plan generation, and benefits tracking. AMIGO is designed for organizations running complex, high-stakes transformation programs who need visibility and accountability across the full delivery lifecycle, from initial business case through post-go-live value realization.
