What do you like best about Ambition?
I love the real time updating of number as the rep moves along the day. When a rep is at the top of the leaderboard an anthem plays for everyhone to see. It is also great for 1 on 1''s with managers.
What do you dislike about Ambition?
This program has very little to dislike.

This is a great way to track. coach, and make hard work fun and rewarding
What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying blinf spots for reps with the combination of stats and more realistic activity scores. The great thing is to change the time ranges and look at historical data for analysis!

What do you like best about Ambition?
Ambition definitely helps me stay on track with my goals each week. I'm also very competitive so competing to be one of the top Ambition scoring reps definitely helps.
What do you dislike about Ambition?
It might be a service that is available but for my company we can't see the scores of other reps except through these panels located around the office. Would be nice if I could see it all from the comfort of my own account.
What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ambition is getting me to book more appointments and strive to get those follow up appointments. It's leading to more quality meetings.

What do you like best about Ambition?
It is so easy to see daily and monthly goals, as well as where you are in obtaining them. I also love to look at how other employees are doing for the day and month. I will find top performers and work to keep up with their metrics. It plays right to my competitive nature and makes work fun!

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it can feel like top performers have some secret sauce. This turns each day in to a metric and numbers don't lie! Ambition solves the problem of feeling like you're working all day but maybe not accomplishing anything. Everything you do is a measurable metric (or at least it SOULD be)! Maybe you don't bring in any sales for the day, but you can still feel accomplished by seeing all of the leads you reached.
