What do you like best about Ambition?
I like the dashboard and competitions. Specific to seeing the heads up view when I start my day, I know exactly what I'm going to be doing each day to help me hit my performance goals. Being able to quickyl search for my colleagues is a big plus, because then I can see where they stand and work towards overcoming their progress in any given day. It also allows me to track organization Spiffs which is great to help me earn more commission at the organization for which I work. Being able to integrate with Slack is huge as it allows me to upload my own personal GIF and YouTube video for when an automatic post about a new sale goes in the Slack channel. This level of awareness/collaboration is huge and I greatly appreciate being able to stay informed about my progress towards goals, etc.
What do you dislike about Ambition?
Automatic updates can be slow. That's about it. There is nothing that does not work for me; in fact, the program is quite reliable, and I don't necessarily see many areas to improve. The only small thing I could think of recommending would be the ability to save METRIC DASHBOARDS, as right now, as soon as you leave the screen with metrics, the metrics you've chosen disappear, and you have to add them again.
Recommendations to others considering Ambition:
Set up competitions and be sure to make them fun for your team. Understanding KPI's makes it way easier to hit your targets/collaborate as a team.
What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency around team member performance, Ambition makes this easy. Additionally, you can immediately get a snapshot of where you're at for the day in comparison to the goals you've set for yourself personally but also as a team.

Using the program is confusing at times.

I have not had any problems with Ambition, but I have benefited from tracking my KPIs to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for myself. The competition feature has also been a joy

I am solving the communication gap as a new manager and understand yet speaking to my new reps in numbers. I like the fact that employees and I can give real time feedback.

If you have a sales team and need to better reporting when it comes to competitions, then Ambition is a no-brainer.
What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a way easier tool when it comes to tracking activity. Using SFDC is a clunky and a little annoying, so this has been a time saver.

I like how it measures all my metrics and helps keep me productive, tells me how many more tasks I need to hit for the day

Sometimes it takes a minute to update all my metrics so I might think I'm behind when I'm not and it just needs to refresh

It is helping me track my numbers, letting me know how many more tasks I need to complete to hit my daily goals

Its simple but effective design. It allows experienced and new employees to work well together.

I'm not a fan of the how you have to search to find leadership board. It should be a lot more simple to find.
