Ambition makes tedious tasks fun by way of creating a gamified system. By creating competitions between reps with prizes for the winners, members of our team are always trying to be the top performer and the most engaged with their prospects and clients. We're a small team, so the fantasy option doesn't really work that well for us, but I'd love to set up a long-term, fantasy style competition where we get new opponents every week and the best of the best get to go head-to-head at the end of the "season." When we create new opportunities or close deals, we also have an "anthem" play which alerts the entire company that sales is doing their job, which helps keep reps motivated as well as morale in the office high, since even other departments have a fun time listening/watching the anthems.

The user-interface isn't always that friendly or easy to navigate. For example, when we add new users, their "anthems" don't just automatically play when they set meetings, even though we've added them as full members. A few simple fixes would likely solve this, though.

Awesome way to keep reps motivated. Use competitions as often as possible so that reps constantly have opportunities to earn prizes.

The higher your score, the higher the productivity, so competitions help keep reps engaged and racing to send more emails in order to get more meetings and close more deals. Because we're keeping productivity high and making sure to keep our sales-touches up, we're reaching out to more prospects more often, gaining more meetings, having better conversations, and closing more deals.

The fact that we can all track our progress on a big screen and have friendly competitions around the office makes work a whole nother experience. The fact that we can track individually our progress is a big important tool to better ourselves inside the company.

Sometimes it lags but its all good, no problem at all at the moment, but nevertheless its always up and running. Some anthems can be annoying but o well. Again, there is not much I dislike about ambition, this is a software that is a must for everyone inside the office daily and we couldn't work as we do without it.

Give it a try and you will see that productivity in the office will increase massively. An excellent way to make any job an exiting one! We always make sure to have our Ambition up and running.

It's a good platform for a manager to keep track of the team's performance and for every individual to write down items to discuss every week. I use it on a daily basis to make sure I am within the performance metrics while also being involved in competitions against my peers. I also like the coaching sessions with my manager that are based on the metrics in Ambition as everything is clear and concise. I use the dashboard all the time to see where I am at any given time during the month.

Sometimes it can be too generic when discussing goals or certain targets. It could be useful to have sections when we can put write a more personal approach to these questions (how are you planning . to achieve your target, where are your struggling etc.). Also, sometimes the platform response is a bit slow and I had problems in the past with the platform not being able to accurately keep track of my progress. I think also the tool could be a bit more simplified.

It's a very useful tool to keep track of your performance, metrics and for you to make sure you address all the concerns at your meetings with your manager

Helps me keep track of my performance, helps me write down my goals and my items to discuss so I will be reminded to bring them up at the meeting. It's useful for the competitions we have internally, it keeps us very motivated by providing a dashboard where you can track your performance live and see where are you against your quota and peers. I am also solving the lack of visibility problems, as it is quite a pressing problem within sales.

I love the motivation it gives my team to go and find success! They know that if they are hitting their goals they will see their name pop up in our Slack Channel, they know their video will play on the TV here in our Denver office, in our UK office, in our San Jose office and on the computer of the VP of Marketing at his home! They understand that their hard work is going to get noticed by everyone around them. They also know they don't like seeing their name on the bottom, and if it is on the bottom of the scoreboard it will be on all of those TVs as well. Great motivator!

The only downside that I can think of is that it is not on mobile yet. As a manager I would love to have an App to log into to see what my team is doing no matter where I am.

We had a lack of equality problem when it came to our activity. We have different expectations around activity between our BDR's/SDR's/Enterprise SDR's/ and EMEA SDR's. Yet when you look at the whole teams activity on SFDC, where everyone has to drive towards the same numbers (even if it is your first week on the job) your activity can look like it is lacking even if you're over achieving on your targets, which can be very demoralizing.

The support is exceptional. Not only are they able to understand my convoluted, very business specific, questions, they are always able to provide suggestions and solutions that allow our organization to better utilize Ambition. The transparency and ease of use for metrics

Assuming you are using Salesforce, without administrative knowledge, it becomes hard to know how to troubleshoot issues and metrics. Specifically, the creation of objects, what is available, where it's located, and how to use certain fields, all require a bit of a learning curve without the assistance of an admin.

On a much minor level, there does not exist an ability to mass upload or update goals. Within an sales organization, leadership looks to create goals and targets for teams and individuals. It becomes daunting to create goals for 150 individuals every week for different values.

Agent motivation, transparency, and metric gamification.

It's not only a great way to track employees performance but it also keeps them engaged with different anthems, challenges, and check ins. Overall a great product for any sales team.

There is not much that I dislike. I haven't used all the different games they have but it would be nice to see what other options they have.

I 100% recommend using Ambition if you have high volume sales, it , makes it a breeze when trying to hit a number. Seeing your picture and your competition push you to sell and then have a celebration when it comes to the anthem.

Our sales team actually has fun making cold calls with it, good competition with a fun reward. It's a great way to start some friendly competition.

I like that it keeps track of the goals I need to be hitting on a daily basis. Ambition is a great tool that should be utilized from the best salesman in the company to someone who just started.

Although ambition is incredibly useful and intuitive, I would love for it to update with salesforce's inputs faster. Sometimes there is a bit of a delay which requires me to login in at a later time to make sure my numbers are where they should be.

I highly recommend ambition in order to make sure that your reps are on track.

Ambition has allowed me to reach my daily goals and encourages me to go above and beyond those goals.

visibility of the goings on in my organisation, being able to compare myself with others in similar positions, the ability to check on how the overall company is performing. I also like being able to keep track of birthdays, change in role, revenue added daily, monthly and yearly. It's a strong tool

not much, there isn't a lot to dislike? I think the double notifications for check-ins is a bit of an annoyance, but at the same time i'm not sure if that's a preference of my organisation?

If you have the chance and opportunity to use it, make sure you do, and make sure you give it as much of your time as you can. It will help. It takes time for anything in business to be implemented and accepted, but the uplift in activity and organisation from Ambition has been great. I know that for me, my team and my office, it's been very helpful in adding to our offering which in term has meant we've hit our targets and earnt a lot of money from it.

How clearly shown all my sales statistics are. It's very simple to see all my statistics all in one easy to view page. I also like how easy it is to see how all of my different statistics are stacking up against everyone else in the company. That's honestly been the biggest game changer. Beyond that, I think that competition section is great! The anthems are pretty cool as well. The charts and graphs that display all of my numbers are really fantastic, too. Overall, I would say that Ambition has changed that way in which I do my job, and has improved my performance as a whole.

The goals sections is kind of stiff, to be honest. I find it difficult sometimes to set a goal up properly in the system, or sometimes it doesn't appear how I would like it to. My only other complaint is the naming of certain statistics can be a little bit less clear, but I'm not sure if that's an Ambition thing or if that's a company-side thing.

Definitely worth it. It has created a new environment in our company that has increased by friendly competition and team work as a whole.

Using Ambition, I am creating an environment where I am better able to track my progress on a daily and even hourly basis. It has driven me to do better in my everyday work, and has pushed my production to the next level.

It keeps me on track, shows me the wins of others on the team, and feeds my competitive spirit. If we didn't have Ambition, it would be much easier to not get what needs to be done done in the day (The activity tracker is a lifesaver)

CELEBRATING! The GIFS and celebrating team members' wins is inspiring and exciting and helps to motivate!

Honestly, nothing. It feeds my competitive nature, shows me what I need to do to get to my goals, keeps me engaged in getting results! The only thing that I think would make it better is if I could put in my own personal goals and get customized updates on my progress and tips on productivity.

If you are a sales organization, DO IT. It keeps your team accountable, motivated, and celebrated.

Activity Tracking! It would be so easy to let things slip in this new WFH environment, ambition motivates me to hit my 100% score and that naturally breeds results. It also allows the management to be confident in our abilities because what we are doing is transparent and trackable.

Coompetition- I obsessively check my ranking throughout the days and month, and it motivates me to dig deeper. If I didn't have direct comparisons to the group, it wouldn't be as easy to self-motivate and check progress.
