Hard to pick just one, but coaching and the insights I can provide through the data visualizations are so impactful - they help me and my reps know where to look. I've also saved hours of time taking what i used to do in spreadsheets for reporting and contests and now can do that in a much more meaningful and engaging way with Ambition.

As well, often when you purchase a tool, you worry that post sales process will the service level drop? Not the case at all with Ambition - from the first super personalized prospecting email I received, through working with my sales person, and now with the follow-on support both from the support team and my account manager, I could not speak highly enough about the experience of being an Ambition customer - top notch!

If I had to call something out, the navigation for the admin side can be a bit clunky in terms of moving back and forth - you have to go through the main nav to go back to the start of each section instead of having a breadcrumb trail to follow

As a Sales leader this is a fantastic tool to help solidify your culture, drive accountability and clarity, and increase output plus have a lot of fun. Would highly reccomend

Sometimes the data integration might be a bit off, but nothing a few tweaks and the spot checker cant fix.

We've used the fantasy challenge feature to gamify spiffs and goals for our team to hit. They love keeping track through the Ambition TV. Really helps break through previous milestones and records.

I love how Ambition lays out my goals, shows my progress in real time, and keeps me on pace with the team with friendly competitions!

Wish it would auto refresh every so often so I don't have to manually refresh to see my progress (unless it does this and I just don't know it!

Ambition is leaps and bounds better than we were previously using at Highspot. The UI is user-friendly and the analytics are extremely valuable.

Gaining visibility on where I stand on my weekly/monthly metrics and goals. Yes, I had some access to these reports via Salesforce prior to Ambition, but their technology serves up the data way that is impactful and actionable.

I like that I can keep track of my accomplishments throughout the day and see how I measure up to my coworkers. The graph is great for visual people like myself to compare my progress from one day to another as well as one month to another.

Sometimes it takes a while for it to actually sync to my progress such as updating how many calls I have made or the meetings I have set.

Ambition really is a great tool, especially for sales teams. It's definitely worth the investment to help encourage the team to work harder and challenge themselves to be better than they were yesterday and than their teammates.

It keeps people hard working and honest because every one who is using it in the organization can see your progress during your day as well as how you measure up to your monthly objectives.
