Once to make a payment we have to open Amazon application and have to go to Amazon pay service to use it. And the cashbacks provided by them are not useful. And the customer support is not good. The interface is smooth, but I feel a bit of lag while making payments sometimes; and amazon pay balance, once added into the wallet, there are only limited options for using that money in the wallet but the overall user experience is excellent. The best thing I like about Amazon Pay is that we can conveniently pay our bills, recharge mobile phones, book travel tickets etc. Amazon Pay also rewards its customer with cashback on online payments, which gets added to Amazon Pay Balance and can be used later. But recently, they have started applying convenience fees on some online transactions, due to which customers have to pay some extra money on that transaction. The best thing about Amazon Pay is that it provides Gift cards and cash backs on successful payment of bills , which incentivises us , as users, to keep going with this app. Moreover , it is a Trustworthy app with excellent customer Support service which is a big plus. Additionally This app has Integration with excellent shopping sites like Udemy , zomato, faasos,happiness ,  book my show any many more with easy UPI as well as  scan and pay facility. What do you dislike about Amazon Pay for Business? According to me, Complicated e-transfers is the biggest problem with this app.Once the money has been added to your Amazon Pay Wallet,  it becomes tedious task to transfer money to your bank account.  Another problem is regarding the user interface and loading time of server. During  server traffic,  the performance of Amazon Pay lags much behind its competitors like Pay Pal payments pro, Google Pay etc, which can be improved.  Another minor issue is with its processing fee , which is a bit higher as compared to other payment platforms like PayPal,  Google Pay etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
