I appreciate Amazon Pay for Business providing a familiar, secure checkout option for customers on my e-commerce site. It streamlines the payment process by leveraging existing Amazon account details. The frictionless one-click experience that performs exceptionally well on mobile devices is the best part. I also value the robust built-in fraud protection, which saves my team from managing complex security issues manually. By removing the manual data entry barrier, it directly leads to higher conversion rates and fewer abandoned carts. Additionally, it significantly reduces card abandonment by eliminating the need for customers to create new accounts or manually enter shipping data. It also resolves the trust gap for new customers who feel more comfortable using a global, recognized payment method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transaction fee can be slightly higher than other basic gateways, which impacts margins on smaller orders. Also, the initial backend integration can be a bit technical and could be simplified for users without extensive development resources. It's relatively straightforward but not entirely plug and play, so I think there's some room to simplify the backend API integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
