Altriqpro Reviews & Product Details

Altriq is an AI receptionist and CRM built for trades businesses — roofers, plumbers, HVAC, electricians and general contractors. Every inbound call is answered 24/7 in your business's name. Altriq asks the questions you'd ask, qualifies the caller, and books the estimate straight into your real calendar while they're still on the line. The lead lands in your pipeline with the recording, transcript and summary attached. Behind the phone, Altriq runs the rest of the job: quotes customers approve online, invoices they pay by card or bank transfer, financing through your own lender, crew scheduling, timesheets, expenses with receipt photos, and license and insurance expiry reminders. It sends paid clients a Google review request, syncs with QuickBooks Online, and connects to thousands of apps through Zapier. Unlike answering services that charge by the minute, Altriq is priced by the call, and every plan includes unlimited users.
