"From production screens to interactive prototypes in minutes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

I like being able to capture the first page of a production application with high fidelity and then iterate on top of that initial layout. It saves a lot of time and gives me a much more realistic starting point than building everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

When I first started using Alloy, I couldn't find a way to import a design system into the platform or reuse the same design system across multiple prototypes. Because of that, I often spent time refining the UI of the same components over and over again. Being able to share and reuse a design system would save time and make it easier to keep prototypes consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High-Fidelity Page Capture and Design Thinking That Feels Like a Senior Designer"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

The ability to capture exact pages and then build on top of it high fidelity end to end designs that I can explain new features or flows is incredibly helpful. Alloy feels like a senior designer on steriods when it works really well. I also really like the thinking ability as it can share a multitude of options to implement from. What do you dislike about Alloy?

It sometimes runs into problems editing complex tables, but the team has been trying to make improvements in this regard. Also sometimes it does feel a bit slow when executing. I did prefer the $20/user/month pricing where you could do unlimited designs based on that price point and not a big fan of the new pricing model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Alloy Is Like a Senior Product Designer by Your Side"
5/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

Alloy feels like having a top-tier product designer with years of experience sitting right next to me. As the solo product person on a team of 11 engineers, I genuinely don't think I could handle design on top of product execution without it. It doesn't just execute, it thinks through problems with me and designs interfaces and interactions I wouldn't have come up with myself, all while sticking closely to our existing design system. I shipped three high-priority PRDs in a single day using it and got great feedback from my team on how smoothly everything came together without a dedicated designer. What do you dislike about Alloy?

I've run into a few small issues here and there while using it day to day, but nothing that has significantly slowed me down. What stands out is how quickly the team looks into and resolves things whenever I've flagged a problem, which makes the occasional rough edge easy to overlook. "Fast, Easy Mockups Directly on Existing Web Pages"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

The ability to build mockups directly on top of existing web pages. As a PM, this makes my day-to-day work much faster — I can turn an idea into a visual in minutes instead of starting from a blank canvas. It's also extremely easy to use, so I never feel like the tool is slowing me down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

Honestly, not much — my main gripe is that the AI can sometimes take a while to apply the changes I've requested. When I'm iterating quickly on a mockup, waiting for updates to come through slows down the flow a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Prototyping with High Fidelity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

I use Alloy in my daily workflow as a product designer. It helps me iterate really fast on my designs. I love how, with their Chrome extension, I'm able to have very high-fidelity prototypes right away without having to tweak too much, which saves a lot of time when setting up. I also like that I can connect my code base. The setup for Alloy was pretty easy and intuitive, very similar to other AI prototyping tools. It has made our team's productivity way faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

I'd like to be able to do the same thing the Chrome extension does, but also for mobile apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Prototyping, User-Friendly but Needs Stability"
4/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

I found Alloy very easy to use and user-friendly. It helped me prototype with ease and create new features for our current system. It was straightforward to use, allowing me to bring my ideas to light and develop completely new features that I hadn't done before. I was able to create about 20 features within a week. I really like how straightforward and user-friendly Alloy is, as it enables me to capture a page or section of the system, ensuring consistency with the current design. The setup was also straightforward, with no problems at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

I think the only thing I would say about Alloy and how it can be improved is that sometimes it can take a bit longer to get the design done, and if you've done many suggestions for a prototype, it may crash. So the solution is just duplicating it and having a whole new prototype again. That's the only thing I would say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rapid Design Iteration with a Consistent Design Ecosystem"
4/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

The ability to rapidly build and iterate on designs whilst still using a consistent design ecosystem throughout the platform/interface you are trying to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

The smaller UI changes (such as font colors, positioning of elements, etc) always seem to take more effort to get to the intended outcome, whereas for the most part, the larger-scale changes tend to be done a little more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless discovery and solution design on top of our existing web app"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

You can go from 0 to 100 in a matter of minutes. Other similar products we tested required longer setups and didn't allow us to work on top of our existing product (web app). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

A bit cumbersome to compare different variations before choosing the direction (with your colleagues) and polishing that one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lightweight, Easy Onboarding, and Ready to Work Right Away"
4/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

I like how lightweight it is and how easy the onboarding was. No drama— it just lets us get to work right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

Earlier, I had an issue with the lack of Claude MCP and version control, but both have been resolved. There’s nothing to dislike about the tool now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Prototyping with Realistic Outputs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alloy?

I love how Alloy's prototypes look like a real product. They did an excellent job at extracting our components from our design system, making them very realistic. I also appreciate the ease of use and the high quality of the prototypes. It's super easy to set up and really easy to share with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy?

I find it a little slow at times. I wish it were a bit faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
