Allclean Reviews & Product Details

Allclean is a vertical SaaS platform designed for residential and commercial cleaning companies. It combines business management tools - online booking, job scheduling, dispatch, payments, invoicing, customer management, and reporting - with an AI-powered voice booking agent called Kelly AI, which handles inbound calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments around the clock without human intervention. Allclean falls within the field service management and cleaning business software category. It serves cleaning company owners, operations managers, and franchise operators who need a centralized system to manage day-to-day operations rather than relying on multiple disconnected tools. The platform is designed to replace the typical stack of scheduling software, payment processors, CRMs, and third-party answering services with a single, cleaning-industry-specific solution. The platform was founded by a former cleaning business owner, and its workflows reflect the operational realities of running a cleaning company - from recurring job scheduling to real-time team dispatch and automated customer communications. Key features and capabilities include: Kelly AI Voice Agent - A 24/7 AI-powered phone agent that answers calls, qualifies new leads, books jobs, and handles customer inquiries without requiring staff availability Online Booking & Scheduling - A customer-facing booking flow with automated job assignment and calendar management for cleaning teams Dispatch & Team Management - Real-time dispatching tools to assign, track, and manage field teams across multiple jobs and locations Integrated Payments & Invoicing - Built-in payment processing and automated invoicing to streamline collections and reduce manual billing work Reporting & Analytics - Dashboards and reports that provide visibility into revenue, job volume, team performance, and customer trends Allclean addresses several core challenges in the cleaning industry: lost revenue from missed or after-hours calls, inefficient manual scheduling and dispatching, lack of consolidated business data, and the overhead cost of maintaining separate subscriptions for each operational function. Kelly AI specifically targets the problem of unanswered calls - a common revenue leak for service businesses that lack dedicated front-desk staff.
