it is a place to store contracts and data can be stored and used in a broader view

**What do you dislike about Algorand?**

Really do not like not having a tangible item

**What problems is Algorand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None actually, we did not need this to help us solve crypto to do our day to day business

**What do you like best about Algorand?**

Low transaction fees, near-instant finality and environmentally friendly.

**What do you dislike about Algorand?**

Right now, the technology is early in development so the number of apps available is low.

**What problems is Algorand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have built smart contracts using their python frameworks to help solve peer to peer exchanges of goods without the use of an escrow or middleman to safely perform the exchange.
