"User-Friendly Click-and-Drag Task Management with Fun Color Coding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

It's fairly user friendly and I like that you can click & drag to move things around. The color coding and icons are fun as well, and I like that there are several different ways to add tasks. Cecile did a fantastic job with the onboarding 1:1 meeting and really helped me to figure out how to use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

It's pretty complex offering lots of features for advanced users, but if you only want to use the more basic features it is maybe overengineered for you. It's confusing at first how to get started so the 1:1 set-up meeting is a must in my option. I also don't like how it automatically communicates two-ways with my calendars so it often posts things on there that I don't want to be posted to an outside calendar. "Streamlined Task Management with Swift Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I really appreciate Akiflow for its speed in entering tasks and moving them around. The flow is much faster compared to other products, where you have to click a lot more and enter more details. I also use the Akiflow mobile app, which enhances the experience. Setting it up was super easy, and it integrates well with tools like Asana and Google Suite. Plus, Cecile over at Akiflow helped me decide Akiflow was the right tool, which was key in my decision to stay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

Perhaps the automated rearrangement of items in the calendar, a more intuitive and autonomous flow would be great. When something important comes up and you need to leave the task, focus time, or blocked time, it would be great to have the system find slot the time automatically, move it for later in the week, and even ask you if you would like to slot some time during the weekend or personal time to tackle something. "Empowers Solopreneurs with Efficiency and Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I find the ability to look at all my tasks on one sidebar and then drag and drop them into a weekly view to be by far the most helpful feature in Akiflow. The integration with Notion is huge because tasks disappear in Notion once completed, unlike with other products I've used. The AI chatbot is really helpful for scheduling complicated repeat tasks, saving me time. The flexible, weather-based recurring tasks feature is so helpful, prompting me as needed. Finally, the progress bar on my phone is a great motivator, especially as someone with ADHD. Oh, and the setup was really easy- I got to hop on a call with a real person (Thanks Cecile!) to walk me through the basics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I would love to see the ability for it to auto schedule for me and sort of know my business and my life really well. I want to just dump all of my tasks into one inbox and have it review and auto schedule them. I know a lot of people want that and it's potentially in the works, but that would be the number one thing I'd be looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Easy to Set Up; Actually Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

It's ease of use. I like the ease of heirarchies Folders > Projects > Tasks; and the use of tags as well as sections. I've only been using this for a short time, but I was able to set up a nice workflow in just an hour that works well across different systems.

I also love the fact that their success team is ready to help; had a wonderful call with Cecile for a 1:1 to learn some additional tricks and tips to make the most of the system for my particular use case. She was very helpful. Love that there is a guide sent over right away and the invitation to set up a time to discuss with their team in future if any questions come up! I feel set up to actually USE this app and tool, as opposed to other systems that cost more but also leave you floundering to understand the best way to integrate it into your daily routine. What do you dislike about Akiflow?

While creating duplicate tasks is easy, would be nice if you could select tasks and easily move them from one project to another. Instead of just dragging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI and Efficient Task Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I find Akiflow's user interface more intuitive than Google Calendar. I really like the slots feature for organizing my tasks and work hours, and being able to click and drag tasks into a slotted work block has been huge for me. The initial setup of Akiflow was smooth. In the past, I used Asana and ClickUp for personal management, but Akiflow gels better with my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

The AI assistant is a nice feature but feels more rudimentary. I wish there was one that could assess my working rhythms and project priorities and help me build momentum in my workday and manage my task energy more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great onboarding support and seamless app experience"
4/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I had heard many positive things about Akiflow, but I was still uncertain about what to expect. As I was considering whether to proceed, I had a few doubts and decided to contact their customer support. These days, a lot of products simply direct you to their FAQs, which often leaves your questions unresolved. However, the team at Akiflow took the time to understand my concerns and responded extremely quickly - within the same day. Special thanks to Jayrich from Akiflow for his proactive assistance!

The onboarding was smooth and I really liked that they offered and onboarding call. Cecile from Akiflow walked me through everything in the call and guided me how to make best use of this tool. Big thank you to her.

I like the fact how Akiflow integrated with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

When you decide to try Akiflow, you are asked to enter your credit card information.

The sync with Notion is limited. It would have been great to have more data that gets synced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Task Management with Akiflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I like how Akiflow is really user-friendly. The user interface is really intuitive, making it easy to use and easy to figure out how to set things up. The initial setup call I had with Cecile provided a tremendous amount of information and education, which makes it even easier to use. During the setup call, all my questions were answered, and it showed me some of the more advanced features that I wasn't even aware of. Overall, Akiflow's design is more intuitive and easier to use compared to Motion, and the initial setup was very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

The AI interface is a little bit challenging to get used to, but once you do, it's relatively easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Task Management with Intuitive Design"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I use Akiflow to help manage tasks in a fast-paced workflow, and I find scheduling within the calendar intuitive and easy to use. I love the clean interface with proper spacing and a modern minimal design, making it easy to look at my tasks. It's an excellent-looking app that fits perfectly with my workday structure. Cecile from Akiflow was super helpful, explaining the core features and answering theoretical workflow questions. The day planning feature is fantastic, and the AI integration enhances the support needed for task management applications. The mobile app mirrors the desktop version (functionality,) and I appreciate the command bar's context use with other windows. The day planning, Command Bar AI, and the ability to ingest tasks from various mediums are incredibly helpful. The integration with other platforms like Flow Production Desktop is excellent without creating dependencies. I find the setup very easy, and Cecile's guidance as a product manager was amazing. This tool checks all the boxes and is one I would recommend to a professional team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I would like an AI that autojoins meetings to autotranscribe, summarize, and dictate tasks for me. I'll need to look for another application to support that function. If Akiflow could eventually implement that, it would be golden! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Productivity with Stellar Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I love that Akiflow is a one-stop shop that consolidates several different calendars into one and provides pop-up reminders for tasks and meetings, which makes it super easy to manage my time. My onboarding call with Cecile was amazing; she answered every question I had and even questions I didn't know I had. I also really appreciate the feature that shows a bar indicating how much time I have left on a task or meeting, helping me manage my time effectively. The integration with calendars like Google Calendar and Outlook is great, and I love that it's designed to give me an efficient productivity setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I'm not really sure at this point. I haven't been using it long enough to really know what the improvements would be. Think it's gonna take a little bit of adjustment for me to just remember the keyboard shortcuts. The only issue that I ran into is one of the clients that I work for has a Microsoft Office suite that, unfortunately, I'm unable to connect my Outlook calendar to because you guys are not SOC 2 compliant, and I think you would also have to be HIPAA compliant in order for me to be able to connect that particular client. "Akiflow is my daily command center for current tasks."
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

It is the ideal program for creating a concrete weekly schedule. It is unrivaled in the "what we are doing today" panel and in quickly moving tasks, although for long-term strategic goals, I personally prefer a custom Notion template.

The most important element, in my opinion, is the uniquely implemented **Timeslots**, which are the best I have seen. My entire weekly schedule is filled with them. They are set up cyclically, and when planning the next week over the weekend, I just fill them with tasks and make corrections if needed. This provides an excellent structure and saves a lot of time. The Timeslots allow me to easily shift entire blocks of work, serving as a template for my week.

Akiflow's synchronization with Notion and automation capabilities are also great features. It automatically pulls tasks from various places in Notion to specific days, and its workflows then assign them to the appropriate timeslots.

Akiflow, which I open hundreds of times a week via a shortcut, has given my life clear structure and was as much of a game-changer as Notion. It is faster and more efficient in day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

The speed of the Android app is lacking.

It does not implement the management or planning of long-term goals, including subtasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
