AIFlock Reviews & Product Details

AIFlock sets up, with each company, a team of specialist AI agents that work on its documents with multimodal RAG (text, tables and images), split the work, review each other and learn from every correction, with no code. Built for law firms and in-house legal teams, and also for engineering firms, consultancies, sales teams and any other sector that works with large volumes of documents. Under the hood it is a proprietary multi-agent engine, built on more than 20 years of R&D in multi-agent systems and business process management at the University of Seville. A router decides which agents step in, a planner drafts the plan, which a person confirms before it runs, and an orchestrator carries it out step by step. Answers draw on the company's own document base and show the source consulted. Data resides in the European Union: the application runs on Hetzner servers in Finland and Germany, and the AI models (Claude, on AWS Bedrock) run in EU regions. Customer data is not used to train models. A GDPR data processing agreement is signed with every customer, and the list of sub-processors is public. It is designed for the obligations of the EU AI Act. It integrates with Microsoft 365 and HubSpot. It is developed by People First Artificial Intelligence, a knowledge-based company recognised by the University of Seville.
