AI receptionist for small businesses Reviews & Product Details

Voicehelden is an AI receptionist for small and medium-sized businesses that helps reduce missed calls and automate routine phone enquiries. It answers incoming calls, responds to frequently asked questions, takes messages, and books appointments directly in Google Calendar. Built for Dutch-speaking businesses, Voicehelden also supports multilingual conversations. Businesses keep their existing phone number and forward calls to their AI receptionist around the clock or only when they are unavailable. Users can configure their assistant through a self-service interface, tailoring its greeting, business information, and call-handling instructions. Call summaries and full transcripts are available in a central dashboard. Webhooks enable connections to CRM systems and other business tools through platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.
