AI-native Attio Implementation Reviews & Product Details

Craftt sets up Attio and builds the AI agents that run it. Most agencies hand you a clean CRM and disappear. We hand you a clean CRM plus agents that triage inbound, clean your pipeline, flag at-risk deals, and draft your board updates every week, on autopilot. A standard workspace goes live in 7 business days. Every implementation includes six categories of work, scoped to your team and never carved out as a later upsell: - Data migration from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, or Sheets, with AI-assisted dedup and a staging pass before production. - Workspace design built to your sales motion, not Attio's defaults. - Six production AI agents, plus custom builds on demand. - Integrations with Granola, Gmail, Xero, Slack, Notion, Apollo, n8n, and the rest of your stack. - Dashboards for pipeline, activity, conversion, and team performance, refreshed automatically. - Training and support: recorded walkthrough, Notion runbook, and a Slack channel. The six agents that run inside your workspace: - Pipeline Hygiene sweeps open deals nightly, flags merge candidates, and clears stale stages. - Deal Focus reads the calls and emails on every deal, scores each red/yellow/green, and sends the five to focus on each Monday. - Meeting Prep writes a brief the evening before every meeting and DMs it to the owner. - Post-Call Action Items turns each call recording into owner-tagged tasks and a recap note. - Sales Coaching compares reps' calls against your playbook and writes a weekly coaching page. No rep ranking. - Content Mining pulls pain quotes and customer stories from transcripts into a Notion backlog. Agents run as Claude Code skills on your own subscription. No server to host, no API key to manage, no usage bill from us. If we disappear tomorrow, the agents keep running. They never take irreversible actions on their own: mass updates, merges, and sent messages go through human approval first. Start with a free written workspace audit, returned in two business days. Then pick the scope that fits: a data migration, a one-day setup, or the 7-day Sprint with the full workspace and all six agents. Every Sprint includes a 30-day tuneup, with an optional monthly retainer to keep the agents sharp.
