AI Equation Editor Reviews & Product Details

AI Equation Editor is a free online equation editor from AIMath for students, educators, researchers, and anyone preparing mathematical content. Its ordinary, non-AI editing features are free. It brings visual equation editing and AI-assisted equation input together in a browser, helping users turn mathematical ideas into editable notation for documents and learning materials. Users can build an expression with the visual symbol editor or start from a natural-language description, a printed equation image, or handwritten math. The symbol controls cover Greek letters, fractions, roots, subscripts, limits, integrals, and matrices. After entering an equation, users can adjust the notation and check the rendered result in the live preview before copying or exporting it. The editor offers code and document formats including LaTeX, MathML, SVG code, HTML, and OMML for Office, with PNG/SVG image export options. This makes it useful for creating study notes, worksheets, lecture slides, research papers, Markdown content, and technical documentation. AI features include a free trial, with Pro plans available for extended AI use. Users should review recognized equations, especially when source images are unclear or notation is specialized.
