AGTEK Gradework Reviews & Product Details

AGTEK Gradework is advanced construction estimating and takeoff software that transforms survey, CAD, drone, and field data into accurate 3D site models for earthwork planning and execution. Built specifically for heavy civil and site development contractors, Gradework helps teams model existing and proposed conditions, calculate earthwork quantities, balance materials, and optimize grading plans with confidence. Using powerful 3D visualization tools, estimators and project teams can quickly analyze site conditions, identify grading challenges, and produce accurate quantity calculations that support more competitive bids and better project outcomes. By working from a comprehensive digital site model, contractors gain greater visibility into cut and fill requirements, haul distances, material movement, and site balance before construction begins. Gradework streamlines the entire earthwork workflow by connecting estimating, modeling, and construction planning in a single platform. Users can import data from a variety of sources, including topographic surveys, CAD drawings, machine control files, and drone-generated surfaces, allowing teams to work with the most current project information available. Key capabilities include: Accurate 3D earthwork modeling Cut, fill, and volume calculations Site balancing and mass haul analysis Grading optimization and design review Multiple surface and phase comparisons Cross sections and profile generation Drainage and pond quantity analysis Import of survey, CAD, drone, and machine control data Visual validation of project quantities and design intent Material tracking across project phases By providing clear insights into site conditions and earthwork quantities, Gradework helps contractors reduce risk, improve estimate accuracy, minimize rework, and make more informed project decisions. Teams can evaluate multiple grading scenarios, identify opportunities to reduce material movement, and develop more efficient construction plans before crews mobilize to the jobsite. Whether estimating residential developments, commercial sites, transportation projects, industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, or large-scale earthmoving operations, AGTEK Gradework delivers the accuracy, speed, and confidence contractors need to plan and execute earthwork projects more profitably. For contractors looking to connect takeoff, modeling, and construction planning, AGTEK Gradework provides a proven solution for turning project data into actionable earthwork intelligence.
