"Management of outstanding amounts and follow-ups at the top, with very useful electronic invoicing"
5/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

I particularly appreciate the management of customer receivables and the follow-up of reminders. The implementation of electronic invoicing is also very interesting and adds real value to daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

For the moment, the interface is generally pleasant, even though the site's fluidity sometimes needs to be improved. My only concern is that the software does not take into account the old invoices of client accounts, despite the connection with the accounting software. On the AI side, some responses also need to be improved, as the proposed solution is still too raw (for example: a table of client outstanding balances evolution or a top 20 of clients overdue by more than 90 days). "AGICAP: time saving, payment security, and simplified cash flow forecasts"
5/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

AGICAP is an indispensable and efficient tool as soon as the structure has multiple bank accounts. The use is simple and intuitive, and the product is constantly evolving for ever more practical features. In the Accounts Payables section, duplicate detection is a protection against double payments, logos alert us to the use of an IBAN for the first time, allowing checks to be made and ensuring the absence of fraud. Alerts are also present to inform us of "detected anomalies" on certain payments (unusual amount, payment date, etc.). Good configuration allows for almost total automation of pre-accounting. In the Treasury section, the preparation of forecasts is now a mere formality thanks to the numerous features and the rapid updating of data. The AI integrated into the dashboard tool allows for the generation of relevant and tailored reporting for the structure. In summary, the platform saves time, ensures the security of outgoing flows, and provides better predictability. The support from the AGICAP team is impeccable, the chat allows for quick problem resolution, a campaign was conducted to update users' knowledge and verify the use of the platform without needing to solicit it. The subscription amount perfectly correlates with the quality of the product, and we do not regret our choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

We have called upon an integrator for the automation of accounting entry transfers. For a year, everything went smoothly, but for the past few days, purchase entries are no longer integrating automatically. This is not directly related to AGICAP, but it affects management and causes a bit of time loss by reverting to manual integration. AGICAP connections with various accounting solutions would help limit the number of contacts and solve integration issues more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear cash flow transparency & efficient treasury management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

What I like best is the clear and central overview of the entire liquidity in real-time. Especially for cash flow and treasury management, it is very helpful to see all accounts and payment flows consolidated, and based on that, to be able to create reliable forecasts and scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

At the beginning, it was somewhat difficult to fully understand the backgrounds and logics of the different modules. However, after getting familiar with it, there is nothing significant to criticize – we wouldn't want to work without Agicap today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-time integration and dynamic cash flow forecasting: a huge time saver"
5/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

The real strength is integration. By connecting business bank accounts (via secure PSD2 connections) and electronic invoicing software, Agicap imports everything in real time. The system automatically associates bank transactions with the related invoices. The time savings compared to manual entry is drastic. Planning for the future is the most successful aspect. The software projects liquidity over 3 or 6 months by cross-referencing certain deadlines (invoices) and recurring costs (salaries, taxes, rents). The scenario function is a lifesaver: it allows you to simulate what would happen to the cash flow if three new people were hired or if a major client delayed payment by 60 days. Its strengths are:

Real Automation: It almost completely eliminates manual data entry.

Dynamic Forecasts: The cash budget is no longer a static document, but adjusts every day to real movements.

Ease of Configuration: The onboarding is guided and the software connects to the management system almost automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

The integration with the management software was not simple and required some work. Another negative aspect is that it only works if the bank's home banking is active, while it is not compatible with passive home banking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agicap: practical validation workflow and time savings on supplier invoices"
4/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

Agicap is a software that is easy to get started with and understand. For now, we mainly use it for managing supplier invoices. The validation workflow is really practical: it allows for a real time-saving, especially in invoice entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

I have not yet understood when the implementation of electronic billing will be carried out. Furthermore, it is not possible to create custom elements specific to our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agicap is the best for cash management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

Agicap is directly linked to my bank accounts, and it allows me to compare my differents scenarii with the predictions that I made. It also allows me to anticipate any cash issue way in advance so I can find solutions. It was very easy to implement and to start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

Agicap is a little expensive at first, but I think it is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Financial Management but Banking Connections to Improve"
4/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

I like that I can find the aggregated liquidity for all current accounts and easily switch from managing one company to another. Being able to send payment reminders in a few minutes is really useful. Additionally, I can send payment reminders to clients with just one click, which significantly reduces the time needed for checks. The initial setup process was very simple. What do you dislike about Agicap?

Connections with banks are sometimes not timely, and to have a complete view, you need to wait until the next day. Second-level accesses do not work; only the master banking user can link the accounts, which can be improved. The connection with Fatture in Cloud, when the number of documents is high, sometimes gives errors, and we had to interface with technical support, which was helpful nonetheless. "Immediate and easy-to-read treasury"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

extreme immediacy and ease of reading of the interface. Right from the start, it allows for a clear and updated view of the treasury. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

The area where I encounter difficulties concerns the management of off-balance sheet forecasts. In particular, the entry and calculation of transactions not yet accounted for or the dynamics of financing — are somewhat less fluid and require greater attention to accurately reflect the impact on future liquidity. "ERP connectors unreliable and intragroup module too rigid despite good visibility"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Agicap?

The interface offers good overall and centralized visibility of banking flows in real-time, which is convenient for tracking the current liquidity of multiple entities simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agicap?

The accounting connectors lack reliability during ERP updates (such as Sage 50), which hinders automation. Furthermore, the Intragroup Financing module is too rigid and lacks flexibility for manual management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
