**What do you like best about Agicap?**

I find Agicap easy to implement and update, and it provides good quality data. I appreciate the presence of a great team in the background, ensuring smooth operations and reliable support. I love that Agicap functions as an all-in-one suite, which was a significant factor in switching from our previous software, Candis. The initial setup was notably smooth, earning an 8 out of 10 in terms of ease. These aspects, combined with my usage of the spend module, enhance my experience with Agicap, making it a valuable tool for managing cash flow efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

I find it challenging that Agicap doesn't always communicate the outcomes of my inputs or feedback to the product teams. This lack of transparency can make it difficult to know whether suggestions are being considered or implemented.

I use Agicap to create an automated cashflow overview, making it easy to implement and update, while providing good data. The all-in-one suite offers simplicity and support from a great team in the background.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

Agicap has significantly streamlined our financial operations. The platform offers exceptional visibility into our cash flow and simplifies credit card payment and receipt management for the entire team. The onboarding process was remarkably straightforward for both our initial team and new hires. We've been consistently impressed with the responsive and helpful customer support. Furthermore, the robust export functions allow for seamless integration with our financial calculations, making it an indispensable tool for daily treasury management and quick analysis. Agicap has become essential to our daily business.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

It would be even better to also have meal allowances covered so we would not need a separate solution for that topic.

**What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem was a lack of real-time visibility into our company's cash flow, which made quick financial decision-making difficult. Additionally, our process for managing team-wide credit card payments and receipts was inefficient and scattered. Agicap solved this by consolidating everything into one intuitive platform, giving us an instant and accurate view of our finances while streamlining our entire expense management workflow.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

I appreciate the ability of Agicap to easily import and consolidate invoices. The tool automatically imports invoices sent to our registered email addresses and makes them available for payment. This helps us a lot in keeping track of whether invoices are paid, unpaid, or only partially settled.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

Due to an update, etc., all our categorizations in the liquidity tool have been lost! As a result, we have just lost the history, since, for example, in 2022/23 we were still using batch transfers and today we NO LONGER know what those individual transactions were. This is VERY unfortunate and has created A LOT of additional work. Additionally, I find Agicap to be quite expensive.

Agicap consolidates all our invoices and provides an overview of liquidity by automatically importing invoices and tracking the payment status.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

Managing expenses for physical cards within the app is straightforward, making it easy to track, comprehend, and modify settings, especially when it comes to pop-up notifications. The reminders for outstanding receipts are also quite useful. Overall, the app is thoughtfully designed and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

Logging in to the web interfaces, such as on my laptop, is a frustrating experience. It often feels like I have to authenticate three separate times just to access my account, which is extremely inconvenient. Additionally, these web interfaces are far less intuitive than the app—they feel clunky and are harder to navigate. Another issue is that I can't find any record of the payments I've made with my credit card, which is disappointing.

**What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agicap helps by making budget requests for expenses straightforward and efficient, whether it's for software and tools or for smaller, immediate costs such as travel. The process makes it easy to handle both types of expenses quickly.

I am just starting on Agicap, I had some configuration difficulties but they were quickly resolved and the customer service responsiveness is professional.

the small downside is that I couldn't have a conversation with someone over the phone, only through chat, and it took a bit long to understand each other

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

I love Agicap because it is a very comprehensive tool. It allows the centralization of different bank accounts for each entity, which greatly facilitates cash management at multiple levels. What I particularly appreciate is the ability to integrate our income statements with specific categories to track expenses by item. I also have the ability to track the DSO, which is very useful for precise and detailed financial management.

The fact that one cannot view daily cash balances beyond a week on the app without having to perform an export

it is very useful for visualizing all open bank accounts, and for analyzing the past situation and preparing treasury forecasts, I find it simple once you have the basic knowledge

I would like a bit more flexibility in the periods, for example, to be able to make weekly budgets for the short term and monthly forecasts for the future.

I love the smooth and very visual interface of Agicap. The availability of customer service, especially with a very efficient chatbot, is also a big plus. Additionally, the regular release of updates and new features pleases me a lot.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

The cash flow forecast is sometimes a bit complex at first glance and does not allow for optimal tracking of the overall cash balance (taking into account investments).

**What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agicap to centralize invoices and payments through EBICTS, reconcile invoices with disbursements, and monthly transmit the pre-accounting to our accountant with all associated invoices.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

I appreciate that Agicap meets my needs well and is mostly intuitive to use. I find it particularly positive that many functions are individually customizable, which allows me to tailor the software exactly to my preferences. I find the ability to see exactly what I want in Agicap very helpful. The integration with DATEV is a big advantage. Transmission and mapping errors can be avoided. The simple setup of Agicap made it easier for me to get started.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

The reconciliation of bank account payments with existing invoices does not work easily, so I cannot use it. I would also like to be able to rename the expense accounts, but currently it is only possible to delete and recreate them.

I mainly use Agicap for invoice management, preliminary accounting, and transfer to DATEV.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

I have been using AGICAP for over a year and I am very satisfied with it. The software is reliable and allows for excellent synthesis of banking data, with real cash flow forecasts.

Recently, we integrated the Suppliers module, with workflows by expense categories, their tracking, and the integration of accounting entries into CEGID: this has solved our need to move to dematerialization, everything is taken care of.

Agicap has allowed me to save a lot of time in my processes, including in the backup of documents.

I highly recommend AGICAP to any company wishing to structure and automate its cash flow and accounting management.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

It's a shame there isn't a direct hotline: you have to go through a robot first before you can talk to a human.

We have numerous bank accounts and a complex multi-brand operation that makes forecasting complicated to produce. There are no 1-year forecast curves, only 13-week ones.

I like the clean and understandable user interface of Agicap, which is available in both German and English, making it easy to navigate. The filter function is particularly useful as it helps me track what expenses have been submitted. I appreciate that Agicap solves the issue of reimbursing work-related expenses efficiently, providing a more convenient solution than emailing receipts. The ease of use is a strong point, which would make me consider using Agicap again in the future.

I find it difficult to itemize and separate the sales tax or VAT on different receipts within Agicap. The software is also challenging when dealing with currency conversions, especially when transactions are made in different currencies like euros, pounds, or dollars. This process is not straightforward and could be improved by incorporating the exchange rate from the day of the transaction directly into the system.

I appreciate Agicap's capability to manage cash flow, payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable all in one tool. I rely on it for its comprehensive cash flow management, which offers a good overview and allows uploading specifications.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

I found the setup process of Agicap to be very disappointing and complex, particularly because of our company structure. We barely received any support, making it very challenging to get it implemented. It took us one and a half years to use it effectively within our company. Additionally, I am dissatisfied with the lack of personalization and the poor quality of the APIs. We require more custom solutions, but Agicap cannot personalize these for us or give us extended API access despite our feedback.

I like discovering all packs with Agicap, and we currently have the standard one. The idea of having a pack for investment funds is appealing to me. I also appreciate having a demo of all the potential functions that Agicap offers.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

I find the implementation of Agicap slow, and I have some difficulty managing certain features with our ERP. The initial setup was difficult.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

We like that Agicap has now rolled out virtual credit cards, allows invoice payments directly via an EBICS connection, and has therefore moved closer to an all-in-one tool. This can be very helpful up to a certain company size to keep complexity low.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

Agicap works best when all modules are in use. Leaving out a module can limit the functionality of the others. Additionally, forecasting works well but produces always a rolling forecast, even when you are working with Scenarios. In some cases, this might not be the desired outcome as Budget numbers should remain the same for reporting purposes.

**What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several entities with several bank accounts are only hardly to oversee in conventional Excel Liquidity reporting. For that Agicap is really helpful.

I think the "budget" section could be better developed down to the invoice level in Agicap.

What I appreciate the most is that during 2025, AGICAP developed a new "purchase order creation" feature in PDF that helps our startup a lot, which allowed us to save time and make our AP process more robust.

I like the ease of classifying disbursements, as well as receipts. The navigation is simple, and I appreciate the connection with the bank to have regular flows. Cash management and analysis are also points that I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

I think that for the integration of different projects, it would be better to find a much simpler way to import the various information according to the projects. Also, the installation step was a bit complicated at first, particularly with the connection to the bank.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

I think it's great that Agicap visualizes our profit-and-loss management, it is very important for our cash flow management. Agicap is very easy to use, and customer support is available at any time, with quick responses in 5 to 10 minutes. The AI bot in the chat also does an excellent job.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

I find it regrettable that there is no API support for Finway in Agicap. The lack of direct API integration forces me to perform manual exports and imports of data monthly, which is quite time-consuming. Additionally, it would be helpful if the system were improved so that changes to the profit and loss statement could be made directly on the Agicap website. Currently, I have to edit everything in an Excel file, which is prone to errors if the numbers in the Excel file are not correct.

**What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Agicap makes liquidity management easier by visualizing our profit and loss statements and helping us manage cash flow and monitor the burn rate. It is user-friendly and offers quick customer support.

All-in-one management of treasury. All banks are integrated and the UI is really clean and intuitive. Very good performances at a good price. Support is responsive and the onboarding was smooth. Curious to learn more about the new AI developments.

I would like to have a theoretical training part in addition to the operational part on how to best use the platform. I, like I think others who might use Agicap, sometimes lack the knowledge that is fundamental for complete use.

Considerable time savings: once the initial setup is done, operations are automatically categorized, which greatly reduces manual tasks.

**What do you like best about Agicap?**

Agicap helped me transition away from Excel, which required extensive manual data entry from multiple sources. This shift has significantly reduced the time spent on cash forecasting—what used to take several days to prepare now takes only a few hours to complete and share with leadership.

We are currently using the Cash Flow, Debt Management, Finance, and Dashboard features. We are also exploring the Bank Reconciliation feature to determine whether it will add further value to our process.

Elisa was my onboarding and customer success manager. We encountered numerous challenges due to the complexity and volume of our accounts, but she remained professional, dedicated, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She invested a great deal of time and effort to make it work. It was not easy to get our cash forecast to its current state, but Elisa's support made it possible.

Another aspect I appreciate is that there are no additional fees for continued support. Even after implementation, customer service, new features, and ongoing assistance are all included in the initial price—there are no hidden fees.

**What do you dislike about Agicap?**

Agicap is continuously working to improve, and one area I would like to see enhanced is customization. Every company operates differently, and having more flexibility to tailor the platform to specific needs would add significant value. That said, I am confident they will get there soon—they have actively listened to my feedback and passed it along to their product team. I have already seen numerous updates, changes, and improvements throughout the implementation process.

Another challenge I faced was the time difference. With their team being nine hours ahead, it was sometimes difficult to receive immediate support. However, now that they have established a U.S.-based office, I expect this to improve and am hopeful that support will become more accessible and responsive moving forward.

It is helping us with our Cash Forecasting - which was our main concern.

Limits of interactivity of the tools, limits of search possibilities to quickly target the desired flows. One feels that the product still has interesting margins for development. Absence of currency management.

Obtain the bank transactions up to date, obtain a consolidated cash flow situation and details by specific categorizations, and be able to obtain statements integrating forecasts directly linked and automated with our ERP.
