We are able to use the software on a weekly basis to track our metrics and when there is any issue, there is small customer support icon on the side where we can connect with someone very quickly which is very helpful for someone who is in the learning phase. It greatly supports us in our daily work in finance ensures that we get away from a multitude of Excel lists. As each tool is responsible for a specific area Agicap Cashflow, gives us a liquidity overview for a selected period with one click. We can work with forecasts and different scenarios here and also compare them against each other. A reporting can be created individually with different key indicators / KPIs and via customisable dashboards. The whole system is connected to our bank accounts and credit cards so that we are up to date with the payment movements on our accounts on a daily basis. With Cash Collect our customer invoices are automatically recorded in Agicap when they are sent to the customer and stored there with the corresponding information, e.g. payment terms, and are transferred directly to our cash planning. So we have an overview of our open items at all times and can create analyses, e.g. of the debtor term. With Agicap we have integrated a dunning system for the first time.
