Agent Control Pro Reviews & Product Details

Agent Control Pro is a Copilot agent governance and decision-support solution that helps organizations inventory, classify, rationalize, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot agents across their tenant. It is designed for Microsoft 365 administrators, IT teams, AI governance leaders, and organizations that need visibility into rapidly growing agent ecosystems. As more agents are created through Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Agents Toolkit, line-of-business applications, and shared deployments, organizations often struggle to understand which agents are being used, which duplicate existing capabilities, and which deserve broader adoption. Agent Control Pro addresses these governance challenges directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot. The solution acts as a decision layer for Copilot agents. While Microsoft Agent 365 provides inventory, identity, lifecycle, and control capabilities, Agent Control Pro focuses on helping administrators determine what actions should be taken. Rather than introducing another portal, users interact with Agent Control Pro conversationally through Microsoft 365 Copilot to ask governance questions and receive recommendations. Organizations use Agent Control Pro to reduce agent sprawl, improve governance, and make better decisions about their AI investments. The platform analyzes agent catalogs, surfaces usage insights, identifies potential redundancies, and highlights opportunities to scale successful agents across the organization. Recommendations are provided in a read-only model, allowing administrators to remain in control while benefiting from data-driven guidance. Key capabilities include: 1. Conversational agent inventory, providing a unified view of agents created through Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Agents Toolkit, line-of-business systems, and shared deployments. 2. Automatic classification, identifying active agents, dormant agents, duplicate agents, and candidates for broader organizational adoption. 3. Duplicate and consolidation analysis, helping organizations identify overlapping agents and redundant versions that may require consolidation or retirement. 4. Usage and adoption insights, highlighting top-performing agents and uncovering patterns of adoption across the tenant. 5. Actionable governance recommendations, providing suggested actions and rationale for each identified governance opportunity. Agent Control Pro is intended for organizations that want to govern Copilot agents at scale while maintaining visibility, consistency, and operational control. By transforming agent inventories into actionable recommendations, the solution helps organizations manage agent growth and support responsible AI governance within Microsoft 365 environments.
