AgendaForge is an AI-native event management platform for conference and event organizers. It brings the full lifecycle of event content into one system: call for papers and application forms, submission review with rubrics, review rounds, and reviewer assignments, session and speaker management, drag-and-drop agenda building across tracks and rooms with conflict flags, branded speaker portals with tasks, email communications, attendee registration, and embeddable website feeds for sessions and agendas. AI is embedded in the workflows rather than bolted on: the Event Coordinator answers questions from your event's own data and proposes actions and emails that a human approves, and an official MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor work the same event under the same approvals.
