Upgrading, and downgrading packages can be done easily from this dashboard. If you are not very tech savvy, Afrihost support are great in helping you out both via email and over the phone. I've been a small business customer with them for almost 10 years, and have generally had a great experience with them. **What do you dislike about Afrihost Website Hosting?** You do need to have some technical expertise or be willing to spend some time googling things if you are a small business, don't have an IT department and don't want to reach out to the customer support every time you want to do something. Curiosity here is a plus. **What problems is Afrihost Website Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** They offer affordable domain registration, and shared hosting for email and websites.
