No more chasing down definitions and flicking between parts of the documents, with Affinitext, a few clicks and you can see and track your way through the maze of terms and conditions with ease. You can also share your database across businesses and enable separate users with separate permissions/redactions, as well as set tasks to remind you to action things in your documents. **What do you dislike about Affinitext?** Searching can be a bit clunky, particularly when you want to go directly to a search result in hundreds of pages of definitions, and scrolling through a document is slower than scrolling a PDF or word document. **Recommendations to others considering Affinitext:** Affinitext is the future of transaction bibles and contract management. From a commercial manager perspective, the ability to quickly interrogate contracts is invaluable. **What do you dislike about Affinitext?** In some ways, due to the structured nature of the system it is not possible to amend certain functionality. By implementing a few tweaks such as calculation of task date by number of business days, this would provide more certainty surrounding when tasks are actually contractually due. **Recommendations to others considering Affinitext:** Make sure you understand what you will be using the system for?
