Aeviya Reviews & Product Details

Aeviya – AI-Powered Candidate Interviewing and Evaluation Platform Aeviya is an AI-powered recruiting platform that helps companies identify the right talent faster, more efficiently, and with greater confidence. Instead of relying primarily on resumes, keyword matching, or traditional screening methods, Aeviya conducts structured, job-specific interviews with applicants through text, phone, and video. Our AI evaluates candidates against predefined, job-specific performance criteria, captures evidence of their skills and experience, and provides recruiters and hiring managers with transparent candidate assessments and ranked shortlists. By automating the initial interview process, Aeviya enables organizations to evaluate more applicants consistently, reduce recruiting workload, and uncover qualified candidates who might otherwise be overlooked. Aeviya does not replace recruiters or applicant tracking systems (ATS). It complements existing hiring processes by providing evidence-based insights that support better human hiring decisions. Our mission: Every Voice. Better Choice. Without the Noise. Our philosophy: AI Driven. Human Decision.
