
I actually love the support Aerosend provides. Their inbox has been reliable for the three to four months I've used it, even at higher volumes. Also, they have quality support and send an alert whenever our domain is burning, which is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI can be improved, and I encounter some bugs. Also, the support could be a bit better. Currently, they're using email for support, but it would be better if they had more modern options like WhatsApp or Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
