The service they provide is top-notch, with dynamic options for pricing and the flexibility to choose how many domains and boxes we need per client, making it really easy to scale. Their onboarding process and the setup for new email accounts are so effortless, saving us countless hours on setting up cold email inboxes and dealing with DNS, DKIM, and SPF records, as well as the warm-up process. Aerosend handles all of this for us. I really like their team and their responsiveness. They're always super quick to get back to us when we need help or notice something's not quite right, often coming up with a quick fix. They also help with bulk updates across our infrastructure if needed. Their customer support and service are really great, and they're always easy to get a hold of. Additionally, the initial setup was super seamless, a really great experience with no issues at all, and it was clear and simple. **What do you dislike about Aerosend?** Some of the functionality of their dashboard is still pending future updates. That some of that could be fast-tracked a little bit because it's been a while that they've had some dashboard updates that they wanted to roll out. I wanted to update our credit card details on the account, and we had to contact support versus just being able to do it in the platform. But such minor things just speak to their overall experience being great. **What problems is Aerosend solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Aerosend for cold email outreach. It saves us tons of hours by setting up email accounts, handling warm-ups, and monitoring inbox health, so we can focus on sending campaigns. ### 2. Their inbox has been reliable for the three to four months I've used it, even at higher volumes. Also, they have quality support and send an alert whenever our domain is burning, which is really helpful. **What do you dislike about Aerosend?** The UI can be improved, and I encounter some bugs. Also, the support could be a bit better. Currently, they're using email for support, but it would be better if they had more modern options like WhatsApp or Slack. **What problems is Aerosend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aerosend helps with outreach by managing mailboxes and providing alerts when our domain is at risk.
