AegorIQ Australian Privacy Policy Generator Reviews & Product Details

AegorIQ’s Privacy Policy Generator writes an Australian privacy policy from 129 questions about how a business actually handles personal information: what it collects and why, who else sees it, what runs on its website, whether meetings are recorded, what it publishes about customers, and how long records are kept. Around 73 questions apply to a straightforward business, and questions that do not apply are never shown. It is built for Australian law specifically, rather than being a jurisdiction setting on an international tool. The questionnaire covers the Australian Privacy Principles including APP 8 overseas disclosure, sensitive information by category, the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, the automated decision-making disclosure commencing 10 December 2026, and industry complaint bodies such as AFCA and AHPRA where they apply. The policy is assembled only from the answers given, so it states nothing the business did not say. It downloads as PDF, Word or HTML, and the answers can be changed and the policy regenerated free for 30 days. The clause library it is built from has been reviewed by an Australian law firm. The policy it writes for a particular business has not been read by anyone, so AegorIQ recommends having it reviewed before publishing, and partners with an Australian firm offering customers a discounted fixed-fee review. One payment of AUD $59, one business. AegorIQ is a trading name of WNMC Holdings Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne.
