While there is no uniform approach to scaling and ensuring maximum reliability, we focus on three pillars: endpoint protection, identity management, and network security. Easy to contact and talk to them so they ensure our problems are solved. **What do you dislike about Advisory?** They don't have global support or at least they don't work on Europe's hours so sometimes we need to wait some hours for someone to be awake so we can have problems solved in Europe's timezone. **What problems is Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Technical support for the company and hardware and software maintenance. It's helping the company to maintain hundreds of devices with fast and reliable support. ### 2. While I was using this app I got to know easy steps for the process flow compared to other applications. **What do you dislike about Advisory?** I don't find much negativity in it while development but modern view make some confusion but you can remove to default view, and also some activity are still needed to add. **What problems is Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Advisory app work as structured and organized system creating possibility for complete and easy automation,we used in our organisations for various Intelligence Automation services. ### 4. They did everything from onboardings, managing laptops, the build-out of our network when we moved offices, and even transitioned us off our service from our previous provider. The entire team is friendly and professional. I would take them every place I work. **What do you like best about Advisory?** Friendly and professional staff. Super efficient with getting things fixed. Always working to improve their own process to make sure things get done quickly and in the best possible way. **What do you dislike about Advisory?** There is nothing I dislike about the services Advisory provides. I guess it would be nice if they were in house, but that's not why you go to an MSP. **What problems is Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Advisory was originally brought on to build out the network in our new office, but we quickly utilized them to take on our helpdesk support, onboardings & offboardings, IT office hours, and laptop management/storage. They were a dream to work with especially when we went fully remote in 2020. ### 5.
