Advisory Reviews & Provider Details

Name: Advisory
Rating: 4.8 (6 reviews)

As an IT consulting company that prides itself on versatility, we are tasked with designing IT strategies for a variety of companies. While there is no uniform approach to scaling and ensuring maximum reliability, we focus on three pillars: endpoint protection, identity management, and network security. Each one of these are incredibly important in their own right, but when properly designed, they inform one another as the basis of a foundational IT strategy.

"So easy to work with!"

5/5

Describe the project or task Advisory helped with:

At my last company, Advisory was our IT support. They did everything from onboardings, managing laptops, the build-out of our network when we moved offices, and even transitioned us off our service from our previous provider. The entire team is friendly and professional. I would take them every place I work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Advisory?

Friendly and professional staff. Super efficient with getting things fixed. Always working to improve their own process to make sure things get done quickly and in the best possible way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Advisory?

There is nothing I dislike about the services Advisory provides. I guess it would be nice if they were in house, but that's not why you go to an MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Advisory was originally brought on to build out the network in our new office, but we quickly utilized them to take on our helpdesk support, onboardings & offboardings, IT office hours, and laptop management/storage. They were a dream to work with especially when we went fully remote in 2020. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
