What do you like best about Advisory?

What do you dislike about Advisory?

They don't have global support or at least they don't work on Europe's hours so sometimes we need to wait some hours for someone to be awake so we can have problems solved in Europe's timezone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Application for automation with intelligence"

What do you like best about Advisory?

Its structured and organized way that make it different from other applications of intelligence Automation. While I was using this app I got to know easy steps for the process flow compared to other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At my last company, Advisory was our IT support. They did everything from onboardings, managing laptops, the build-out of our network when we moved offices, and even transitioned us off our service from our previous provider. The entire team is friendly and professional. I would take them every place I work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Advisory?

Friendly and professional staff. Super efficient with getting things fixed. Always working to improve their own process to make sure things get done quickly and in the best possible way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Advisory?

There is nothing I dislike about the services Advisory provides. I guess it would be nice if they were in house, but that's not why you go to an MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Advisory was originally brought on to build out the network in our new office, but we quickly utilized them to take on our helpdesk support, onboardings & offboardings, IT office hours, and laptop management/storage.
