What I dislike about Adguard is that it doesn't remove pop-ups from websites or mobile apps. They are extremely annoying and they slow down your computer/phone while they are loading. What I liked about Adguard is the cost of using this service is very affordable for anyone, also the program for iOS and macOS blocks all types of ads including banners, text ads, flash animations, pre-rolls, pop-ups and many more.

It doesn't block all ads, also with the android mobile version sometimes it slows the internet speed.

Recently with the help of Dell Computer tech support, I identified something that was interfering with my DNS cache and preventing connection to internet sites. 100% confirmed the issue is AdGuard. I contacted AdGuard, got an e-mail response that said the volume was heavy, and they would be back to me in 2 - 5 days. That was ten days ago. I have responded to the original email - no answer. They also provided a phone number. Call that number, and it's just a recording that says no one is available to answer. From my experience, AdGuard customer support is only a facade, a computer that generates a response with a ticket number and a phone number no one can answer. It beautifully does the job it has signed up for. No ads, nothing. I also really appreciate their DNS filtering. I have their family lifetime plan, so it covers 9-10 devices, and I've been thrilled. When I'm in my office network, (a) the Single-Sign-On doesn't work, (b) network drive isn't accessible, (c) Windows Remote Desktop doesn't connect. I have to turn off the protection each time I do these three things (annoying).
