What do you like best about AddressVerify?

What I like most is how fast and reliable it is. The API is simple to work with, and the accuracy has been consistently solid for us. It helps us clean up and validate addresses in real time, which makes a huge difference when we’re dealing with high volumes. What do you dislike about AddressVerify?

Honestly not much. If anything, I’d love to see even more data points or enrichment options down the road, since we’re always looking for ways to tighten up lead quality. But as it stands, it does exactly what we need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AddressVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a lot of consumer traffic, so having clean, verified residential addresses helps us improve lead quality and filter out bad or incomplete data before it reaches our downstream systems. It has reduced wasted spend, improved our segmentation, and helped us make smarter routing decisions. "Game-Changer for Targeted Leads and Seamless API Integration"

What do you like best about AddressVerify?

What problems is AddressVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main issue being addressed is that ingesting leads which are obviously condos, mobile homes, or manufactured homes results in wasted ad spend and causes frustration for our clients. Having the ability to filter these out is very helpful. One suggestion I have is to possibly integrate a Google Autocomplete feature within Address Verify, along with the option to block these types of homes and notify users that they do not qualify, which would prevent them from filling out the form. What do you like best about AddressVerify?

AddressVerify has been the perfect tool for American Remodeling to help filter out low quality leads. We have improved our overall lead quality since we implemented this tool.

"Finally an Address Verifier that works!"

What do you like best about AddressVerify?

This was extremely easy to integrate with our lead management system, and we were impressed with how accurately it depicted the addresses we passed to it. We work in the home improvement space, so it’s essential to qualify our consumers and candidates with verified addresses. This solution enables us to verify addresses, filter by home type, and find the price value of specific addresses. We use it daily, funneling thousands of addresses through it. What do you dislike about AddressVerify?

I would love if they could offer a CSV upload option for my legacy reports, allowing me to filter my data list manually, as I know they currently only offer real-time API integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AddressVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps catch fake or faulty addresses being passed into our lead management system in real time. Additionally, I can filter and select the exact home types I want to accept for incoming leads (e.g., Single Family, Multi-Family, Condominium, Apartment). For some of our contractors, we can also filter by home value, setting a minimum threshold for acceptance. Our lead quality has vastly improved since implementation.
