What problems is Adastra solving and how is that benefiting you?

We engaged Adastra to help us overcome major challenges as we shifted from a cell-based to a line-based production system. They began with a detailed review of our operational model, identifying critical pain points in planning, supply, logistics, and warehouse management. Based on this, Adastra designed a fully digitized production planning process that defined key business workflows, technical elements, and necessary data sources.

The core deliverable was an advanced AI-powered application built on the Adastra OptiSuite platform, capable of evaluating millions of scenarios within seconds. This application generates optimal plans considering line capacities, delivery deadlines, shifts, dependencies, and more. It also enables easy re-planning and testing of alternative scenarios.
