I had a great experience while using Active 24. It seemed to be on par with other hosting companies in regard to reliability and service. I really can't think of much that I disliked. Perhaps the customer service could be a little quicker to respond and handle issues. Royally messed up the transfer of our domain, putting in the name of the domain provider we were moving from as the holder at the central domain registry.
