Account Reconciliation Reviews & Product Details

Taxilla Account Reconciliation automates balance sheet and GL reconciliations for mid-market and enterprise finance teams — eliminating spreadsheet-dependent, manually explained reconciliations. It provides account-type-based templates (Bank, AR/AP, Accruals, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Suspense), auto-populated GL balances from SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics, and AI-assisted transaction matching that flags exceptions for review. Role-based workflows enforce preparer, reviewer, and approver sign-off with full audit traceability, evidence attachment, and period-end certification. Built as an ERP-agnostic layer supporting continuous (not just month-end) reconciliation, Taxilla is designed for multi-entity organizations, Shared Services, and GBS models, with reconciliation tasks natively linked to close task management for real-time visibility into close progress.
