I appreciate their responsiveness and expertise. Answers are researched and useful feedback is given within a week, depending on the complexity of the problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Accordant Company? Sometimes our needs require complex actions and reconfigurations, which incur an extra charge. Not any fault of Accordant's, but due to some rigidity within the Acumatica product. For example, changing fiscal years is not a straightforward procedure and requires more thought and care than my own company has resources at the moment. Another example is the company/branch structure that is relatively inflexible; consolidating branches under a different "company" requires a special project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
