The biggest power is how easily it gets integrated with various platforms like VMware, Azure, AWS, etc. The performance is best, it offers very low latency virtual desktop experience. **What do you dislike about Accops HyWorks?** The setup was very difficult and complex. The cost was in higher side. And we faced multiple issues like slowness after the update, but later it was fixed. **What problems is Accops HyWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us accops was a lifesaver during covid and we were able to safe guard all our sensitive data during work from home. Also, the flexibility of accessing the data from anywhere so that work was not impacted. All data was stored in the cloud, with no local data storage ### 2. User can access via browser or desktop client. The management console is user-friendly and simplifies management. Application Virtualization, Fileshare Publishing, MFA through Hysecure, as well as Remote Control features with UAC control. In comparison to other VPN products, Hysecure has a lot of features.. **What do you dislike about Accops HyWorks?** Nothing to dislike about the ACCOPS team's willingness to support customers. There are times when the connection drops even with a stable internet connection. It would be better if the report feature and audit log were more developed. **What problems is Accops HyWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** In addition to having Accops Hysecure available in HTML base, our main issue during the lockdown was resolved also by using Remote Desktop Protocol to publish Office desktops through Accops Hysecure which is much less time-consuming for administrators.es administration time by a great deal. The most useful features we used during the pandemic proved to be extreme helpful. Security issues when offering access to enterprise apps from an untrusted network. All kinds of applications can be made available to the user via a single Sign. It's the ability to combine multiple session hosts to provide an easy VDI connection. **What do you dislike about Accops HyWorks?** Everything is good with Hyworks. A few things need to be improved shortly. Whenever the user disconnects the session improperly the session is not getting closed in the Shared drive and folder. this leads to a new desktop on another sign-in. Admin intervention is required in these CASES. **What problems is Accops HyWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Hy works VDI. the Concept of BYOD can be applied and approved by all organizations. even though if the user doesn't have a good specification of hardware, the productivity can be improved. The data security was improved very much because the data was being worked on and stored in a secure server. ### 7. The best part is the dashboard because it shows almost all the details about the setup in a user-friendly view. **What do you dislike about Accops HyWorks?** The thing which I don't like was the user profile is getting stuck in a server after forcing the user id to log out from the active session. due to this issue user was unable to connect next time. **What problems is Accops HyWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was helping the users every day in their work by publishing the applications, desktop pools, adding the user to new resources, giving access to the virtual environment and troubleshooting the issue that occurred in the user end while using the hyworks. ### 8.
