"Great product and team"

What do you like best about Abound?

Platform was very intiuitive to use and made our uploads/filings process very easy. The team was amazing - super responsive and answered all our questions with such a quick turnaround. We had one issue where a system capability that we needed wasn't ready and the team worked tirelessly to get it up and running for us and monitored that it was working properly.

We found Abound to far surpass Sovos' capabilities in terms of : 1) customer service, 2) ease of use and 3) responsiveness to feedback. We highly value the new relationship we've built and plan to partner with Abound for the foreseeable future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abound?

We understood that we were one of Abound's first "non-API" customers and therefore provided some feedback on how the platform can better show user "checks" when uploading and filing data manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Abound?

Abound is very much a start up and understands the value of customer service and timeliness in responding. In dealing with Abound, they responded to our issues very quickly, communicated changes to their API's that would impact us and were great partners through out the process of building our tax solution using their software. What do you dislike about Abound?

I wish Abound provided more support when it came to tax "advice". With the understanding that they are not tax advisers, in certain cases it would have really helped if they were able to answer certain questions more definitively.
