Lunar Reviews & Product Details

Lunar is a simple operating system for academies, covering billing, attendance and day-to-day operations. It's built for music schools, dance studios, sports academies and coaching centers that have outgrown spreadsheets, reminders and manual follow-ups. With Lunar, academy owners and operators can: - Automate fee collection: create one-time, monthly or yearly fee plans, assign students to batches with timings, and pause or resume billing at any time. - Stop chasing payments: automatic WhatsApp reminders go out before fees are due, and parents get an instant receipt after every payment. - Enrol students online: share simple /join and /enquiry links so parents can sign students up directly, with no app to download, and track every new enquiry in one place. - Track attendance: record attendance for students and trainers, with attendance reports linked to billing. - Run events, camps and workshops: handle registrations, payments and attendance for one-off sessions without disrupting regular batches. - Rent out spaces: list turfs, courts, studios and rooms with their own schedules, time slots and pricing, and let customers book and pay online. - Launch a website in minutes: get a branded microsite on your own subdomain or custom domain that shows your courses, events and gallery, takes enquiries and enrolments, and connects visitors to you on WhatsApp. - See the full financial picture: know who has paid, who hasn't and which accounts are paused, record income and expenses together, and get profit and loss insights for the academy. Security comes first: data is protected with AES-256 encryption, payments go through certified RBI-compliant gateways, and Lunar never uses or shares customer data. Lunar replaces scattered tools with dependable systems, so academies can stay organised, collect fees smoothly and get back to teaching.
