**What do you like best about Abacus Pharmacy Plus Software?**

Abacus made inputting TPN formulas pretty straightforward. Once training was completed it was not difficult to learn how to use the software and make sure it communicated to the compounding machine.

**What do you dislike about Abacus Pharmacy Plus Software?**

It was not integrated in the EMR at the time I used it, which meant you were inputting all the TPN ingredients in one place for compounding and then putting the order for patient care in another place.

**What problems is Abacus Pharmacy Plus Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to more easily and efficiently compound for our patients

I like the idea and how you manage to make healthcare activities become easier and less time consuming. This is very practical and useful for us to learn and implement rightaway

**What do you dislike about Abacus Pharmacy Plus Software?**

The design should be improved. It looks like a very old system. Hope we can do bulk upload on all the products we have, therefore we don't need to input the data one by one

**What problems is Abacus Pharmacy Plus Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time efficiency is one of the key for business success, this way we can serve patient faster and more correctly compared to the manual works we've done in the field
